2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion of the move. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Full payment is required before your items are unloaded at the destination.

3. Customer Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items to be moved are packed and ready on the agreed date. Any items that require special handling or packing should be communicated in advance. You are responsible for any damages to items that are not properly packed or prepared for transport.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

Graham FL Movers will take all reasonable precautions to protect your belongings during transit. However, we are not liable for damages to items that are not properly packed or prepared for the move. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for valuable or fragile items. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
